Apostle Ceta is a native of Eden North Carolina, and the daughter of Howard and
Mary Williams. Apostle Black received the gift of the holy spirit at the age of 12 years old.
She grew up as a child and young adult serving God as a psalmist at her grandparent's
churches in Eden and Southern Pines North Carolina. As an adult she has served in many
different capacities as a psalmist, evangelist, vice-president of the women’s department
and Pastor of New Birth Deliverance and Inner Healing Ministries in North Carolina. She
has been in ministry for 25 years. Apostle Black is now the founder of New Birth
Deliverance and Restoration Ministries, Inc of Spartanburg SC. She is also part of the
leadership team at Baptist Christian Fellowship Ministries in Danville Va. She hosts
leadership classes every first Saturday of each month as well as bible study on Monday
nights virtually.
Apostle Ceta Black is a visionary leader called to equip, activate, and establish
believers in their God-given purpose. With a strong apostolic mandate, they carry a burden
to raise spiritual leaders, build healthy churches, and advance the Kingdom of God across
nations. Her ministry is marked by prophetic insight, sound biblical teaching, and a
passion for seeing lives transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit.
