At work, at school, at home - the threat of violence affects us all. Even a minor conflict may escalate into a physical interaction. Concern for our physical safety inhibits our ability to speak up, to act, to build the life we dream of. I support women to claim their power & courage by teaching them how to be safe no matter what situations they encounter, and by providing a path for those who have experienced violence and abuse to develop the knowledge and skills they need to avoid it happening again. In my talks I address how taking care of our physical safety frees us to live the life we want: to go where we want to go, to do what we want to go, without worrying about what might happen.
