Technical Requirements for Tattoo Event Services

To ensure a smooth and premium guest experience, we require the following for all tattoo event activations:

Space & Setup

Close Access To Sink with Hot Water.

Minimum 8’ x 8’ space per tattoo station (can adjust depending on guest flow and event format).

Flat, stable flooring — indoors are ideal or under a covered bug-free, climate controlled outdoor area with walls of some sort.

Easy access for load-in and load-out of equipment. We have rolling cases but difficult to role on rocks, dirt roads or on stairs.

Power & Lighting

Access to one grounded 3-prong electrical outlet per tattoo station (110–120V).

Adequate ambient or supplemental lighting to ensure artist visibility and precision — we can provide our own professional lighting if needed.

Furniture & Equipment

We provide all tattoo equipment, sanitation supplies, and protective coverings.

Client to provide or approve chairs/stools for guests and artists (or we can bring ours).

A small side table or counter space per station for additional setup is preferred.

Sanitation & Safety

Indoor climate-controlled space is preferred for sanitation and guest comfort.

Hand-washing station or restroom with running water nearby.

No food or drink allowed in the immediate tattoo area.

Sound & Atmosphere (if applicable)

Low to moderate background sound levels to allow guest-artist interaction.

If live music or DJs are present, tattoo stations should be positioned away from high-volume areas.

Optional: We can provide ambient background music for a relaxing guest experience.

Load-In & Timing

Minimum 60–90 minutes for setup before the first tattoo session.

Minimum 30–45 minutes for breakdown after the final session.
