I help people connect their values and performance to thrive in both. Over a decade in college athletics, including 8 years with the University of Texas Football team, while currently serving as an athletic director at Baylor University and working with numerous companies and leaders, has given me keen insight into the realities of leadership, success, and excellence. It's closer than we realize and more intuitive than we'd dare believe. Perform the way you were created to.

May 28, 2025We hired Kevin to speak at the kickoff of our leadership development program, and his impact was immediate. He took the time to understand our organization, our culture, and the outcomes we were aiming for—and he built his keynote with that context in mind. His ability to align his message with our business priorities elevated the experience far beyond a typical guest speaker engagement.
Kevin challenged our leaders to think critically about leadership, trust, accountability, and performance. He brought a balance of clarity, credibility, and candor that resonated across the team. The session was dynamic, thought-provoking, and directly relevant to the real leadership challenges our team is facing.
The response from our leaders was unanimous: they want more time with Kevin. His contribution helped us lay a strong foundation for the rest of our leadership program, and I’d recommend him to any organization looking to invest meaningfully in leadership development. He’s not just a speaker—he’s a strategic partner.
