Overview
Getting old doesn’t have a lot of benefits, but I wouldn’t trade the ones I’ve earned. Husband for 45 years, father of four, grandpa of seven, for starters. Decades of experience in public speaking, masters degree in Human Services, ministry veteran, writer, musician, songwriter and poet. Put them all together with a sense of humor and the distilled wisdom of an old guy and that’s what you get.

Paul and Janet are very talented people who honor God with their music. Their voices blend wonderfully. I have no problem recommending them for a concert or have them lead a worship service. In fact they were so well received by the congregation that we have already scheduled them to come back!

What to expect
My passion is to help people find meaning, purpose, and joy in life! I have been doing public speaking since I was 15, and when you see my picture you’ll realize that’s a long time. I love to empower people to feel their feelings, whether in laughter or tears — whatever they need to feel. If I can get someone to laugh or cry, I know I’ve touched their soul. Telling stories that touch the heart is my sweet spot. As a follower of Christ I take my responsibility seriously, because words have power when spoken with spirit. Flexibility is also important to me, since each crowd/event is different. I take time to put together a program that will fit the needs of the planner — for a good fit with the audience. I will go above and beyond to provide a quality experience for everyone in attendance. I promise to reply promptly!
Additional booking notes
A wireless lapel microphone is preferable, but I can work with whatever you’ve got. Sometimes pictures are valuable, so having a way to project from a computer is a plus.
