Birthday Party

We had booked Spider Man through the company and it was a great experience. He sang and danced and did "fight moves" with the birthday boy and all the other children in attendance. It was the highlight of the party and so much fun seeing our little guy beam at the sight of the real Spider Man!

Please do not book with parties Charlotte they are very unprofessional. I paid $224 for Minnie Mouse. Then it was a total of $274 for 45 minutes they charged me a $50 fee for time change. Which i had no control over due to the fact of the snow storm in NC. The $50 fee should have been waived considering i did not make these changes. the museum did due to weather and safety concerns for their staff. The lady that you speak with of parties Charlotte is very rude, not professional at all. She even said to me i must have some type of emotional stress going on when i just said to her i shouldn’t be charged a $50 fee for something i can’t control or made changes to. she was totally rude and very argumentative. When Minnie Arrived he embarrassed me in front of the staff and my family members making sure the $50 was paid before continuing the job. He had a very very bad body odor, he was supposed to do a ballon activity and come with a speaker, he did no activity. The speaker he brought was broke so my mom had to play music off her phone. My mom also had to show him around the party because he couldn’t see good, which is something she shouldn’t have to do. Just everything about parties Charlotte was so unprofessional. So if you are looking for a character for your child’s party in the future i do not recommend them at all. 0/5 stars

Princess Party Success!!

Anna and Elsa came to our daughter's combined birthday party and they made the morning so much fun for all of the kids. They blew up balloons, gave the children play tattoos and even enjoyed opening up presents with them! We had a great experience with them

We've been entertaining in the Charlotte area for 10 years with characters, bubble show, face paint, puppet show, science show, games, balloon twisting, clowns, disco, and glitter tattoos. Office hrs are Mon-Fri 9-5pm Sat till4pm. Closed Sundays
