I had a rocky experience at the beginning working with this company. There seemed to be a lot of confusion around my event needs, and communication with the business owner felt frustrating at times. I was even told the confusion was because I did not answer my phone, which was not accurate and added to the frustration.
That said, the person who actually worked my event was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, professional, and exactly what my event needed. Her service truly helped make the event successful.
Because of the experience with the event staff member, I would consider using the service again — but I would specifically request to work with them directly rather than through the owner.
