One Woman, 5 Thousand Ideas, and ADD

I am a wife, mom, RN, involuntary owner of 3 doggies, overweight, graduate student who also has passive ADD. My pep talks as I call them can contain any and all of these aspects, aimed at women of all walks who are just plain stuck. Stuck doing the same things, over and over and have resigned themselves to “this is it” and “this is my life, whoop-de-doo”. I want to give women the motivation and some tools to help them live their best life! I can tweak this to suit tween and teen age girls to get them in the path to their best life out of the gate! I can also customize this to more general groups, healthcare workers, & more!
