I had the opportunity to connect with Israa through a public speaking and self-development event, and I genuinely respect the depth of knowledge and presence she brings into the health and wellness space.
What stood out to me most is that her teachings don’t come from theory alone but also come from real life experience, struggle, healing, and years of practice. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people improve both mentally and physically.
Her approach combining meditation, holistic nutrition, breath work, nervous system regulation, and overall wellness opened up a lot of perspective for me personally. In today’s world where so many people are overstressed, anxious, burned out, and disconnected from themselves, I think her work is extremely valuable.
She creates a grounded and welcoming environment where people can feel comfortable learning, reflecting, and reconnecting with themselves. I especially appreciated how she emphasizes that health is not only physical, but also mental and emotional.

With academic backgrounds in anthropology, psychology, and industrial psychology from the University of Ottawa, she brings together evidence-based wellness practices with a deeply human and integrative approach.
Her work focuses on nervous system regulation, mindfulness, stress reduction, and holistic well-being through meditation, movement, nutrition, cacao ceremonies, and transformational wellness experiences.
