The Dream
Imagine being thirteen years old living in a homeless shelter with your family in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with dreams of a better life. Norris understood that his circumstances were a delay, but not a denial to playing professional football. He also realized that if he could make it through this situation, his story could change lives and encourage others not to just survive, but succeed.
The Process
Norris graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and earned All-American honors in both football and track. Norris captained the football team to the 1992 NCAA Div. III National Football Championship and was a member of the 1993 NCAA Div. III Indoor Track and Field National Championship team. Norris then signed a contract with the New York Football Giants and also played in the Canadian Football League. In 2012, he was inducted into the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Wall of Fame.
The Vision
From the age of six and reading scriptures during church services, Norris has always had access to the masses. Throughout his professional career as an educator, coach, and work in the private sector, motivating others to maximize their potential allowed him to communicate principles that produced results. Norris continued to perfect his craft as a speaker and fulfill his passion for human performance.
The Mission
Today, Norris travels the country as a speaker and consultant. Norris believes that the stage is an extension of the boardroom, classroom, and playing field. His warm delivery appeals to all walks of life as he allows the audience to become involved in his journey, while evoking thoughts of their own possibilities both professionally and personally.
