Ron’s perspective has also been shaped by more than 10,000 miles of cycling across the United States and around the world. Those journeys have given him real-world lessons in resilience, courage, adaptability, human connection, and the power of taking the next step — lessons he brings directly to the stage.

Ron is an author, former business owner and CEO, longtime coach and trainer, former VP of Programs for the National Speakers Association of Central Florida, and a member of Toastmasters International. He has coached and trained hundreds of business owners, sales professionals, leaders, and emerging speakers.

Whether speaking to a corporate team, association, nonprofit, leadership group, or conference audience, Ron’s goal is simple: inspire people to see what’s possible, reconnect with purpose, and take the next meaningful step.

For most keynote presentations, my technical needs are simple:

Wireless handheld or lavalier microphone, depending on the room size and format
Projector and screen or large display for PowerPoint slides (only if needed*)
HDMI connection or appropriate adapter access (only if needed*)
Presentation clicker/remote (or I can provide my own)
Small table or podium nearby for water, notes, or materials if needed
Adequate stage lighting so the audience can clearly see the presenter
For larger rooms, a sound system appropriate for the audience size

I’m happy to work with the equipment and setup available at your venue. For workshops or interactive sessions, room layout and seating can be discussed in advance based on the format.

If possible, I appreciate a brief sound/AV check before the event.
