August 29, 2026Wayne was such a pleasure to work with all around! He was communicative throughout the booking process and booking date for my daughter’s 8th birthday party. He arrived on time and the set up was done faster than I thought it would be.
The performance was a huge hit for the kids and adults, it kept everyone engaged and laughing, and the gifts at the end were so special! He even did an in character happy birthday song to my daughter, which she loved.
I would absolutely book an event with Wayne again, everyone agreed that having a puppet show was the perfect nostalgic performance to bring into the kids’ lives. Don’t miss out!

The performance was engaging, entertaining, and kept everyone smiling from start to finish. The finger puppets at the end were an extra special touch that the kids absolutely loved. Wayne was incredibly professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him and would happily invite him back for another show!

Puppeteer/Actor Wayne Kneeland discovered his joy for theatre as a teenager when he formed “No Strings Puppet Productions” and performed his one-person shows at scores of birthday parties, corporate parties, art fairs and library events.
Wayne’s love for theatre brought him to Chicago’s Goodman School of Drama where he graduated and landed roles in iconic movies including 'Risky Business' and 'Uncle Buck'.
In Rhode Island, Wayne is known for his performances at 2nd Story Theatre and as the "The Toy Man" (former owner of the beloved Toy Shop in Bristol, RI).
Today, Wayne is excited to bring his brand of live puppet shows to your party and to inspire our next generation of artists.
Puppet theatre is 6 feet tall x 4 feet wide x 3 feet deep. No electricity required. Can accommodate almost any space inside or outdoors.
