Niquenya Fulbright

Niquenya D. Fulbright is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Building Bridges Chicago LLC, a small business consulting and executive coaching firm specializing in transforming dreamers into successful entrepreneurs. Niquenya uses the over 15 years' experience she has gained as a management consultant, Certified Christian Life Coach, business analyst, and corporate trainer to connect small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to the knowledge and resources necessary to succeed in the global marketplace. Niquenya's signature Designing the Dream VIP Day™ program applies her expertise in business planning and design, product and service innovation, internet marketing strategy, information technology, and human talent management to help entrepreneurs reduce the learning curve that often presents as an immobilizing roadblock to business growth.

Niquenya believes strongly in developing strategic partnerships. She is a Co-Area Director of Networking in High Heels, a national networking organization for professional women in business. Niquenya is a Founding Partner of the Partnership for Spiritual Economics, a coalition for the advancement of financial education through entrepreneurship, and she is also the Founder of the L.A.D.I.E.S. Group, an online platform for women to Learn About Debt, Investments, and Economic Sustainability.

Niquenya has worked with a variety of companies and organizations, both large and small, throughout greater Chicagoland. She delivers management consulting, executive coaching, corporate training, and business travel management services in her work. Past clients have included executives from PepsiCo, the Chicago Housing Authority, Morningstar, and Marc Realty.
