Namaste Nashville brings the Yoga Studio to you!! We come to your Air BnB or hotel. We are also happy to meet at local parks or studios. We come with mats, towels, music, lavender eye pillows...all the yoga supplies. We teach a yoga class designed specifically for your group. We even sculpt a killer playlist with your requests. We close class w a relaxing meditation and cool lavender eye pillows. There is NO Better way to connect to your crew and find your pre wedding zen.
