Please provide a time when Kenston can meet with the A/V team to test the sound, go through the presentation.
Kenston will bring his MacBook Pro laptop and slide advancer for his presentation. His slides are optimized for a 16:9 display.
Please provide HDMI cables and a power outlet for Kenston's laptop. If needed for his audio, provide a 3.5mm cable.
Please provide wireless lavalier mic or a wireless headset (link hidden)nston's programs are interactive. He will need a wireless handheld mic for engaging with audience members.
Kenston will need to see his presentation without turning around and looking at the screen. Please provide a monitor or ensure his laptop is visible from the stage.
Kenston moves around a lot on stage. Please remove the lectern/podium from the stage or move it to the back corner so it won't block the audience's view.
Kenston frequently uses live polling in his presentations and will need access to a reliable Wi-Fi connection to run the software.
