My previous experience with gamification was in elearning. It was great fun to learn low-tech gamification that can be applied in the classroom. I was truly amazed at how vested folks are in their points! There are lots of game principles that can be applied individually outside of a full-blown game to enhance the learning experience. Lots of good stuff here.

Monica is a very high energy speaker that we selected to help roll out a transformational program centered on improving the customer experience in our retail stores.
