Our services are like no other. We provide not only exceptionally talented Mixologists, but Serving staff and Day-Of Coordinators as well. If necessary, we can help find the perfect caterer for you and provide any rentals or disposable products that they may not have available. We serve anything from fine wine and craft beer to delicious martinis, shooters and cocktails. Each bartender comes with their own complete bar tools set and will recommend what your bar should be stocked with for your event. Each member of our staff is professionally qualified to make your event perfect.
Amanda was amazing! I planned a wedding with about 40 guests super last minute. I was able to find Mixology Professionals & decided to fully trust them with providing the bartending and drinks for my wedding reception. To say the least, we were not disappointed! George was our bartender for a bbq/pool party. All I expected him to do was stand by the bar and serve drinks to whoever passed by. However, he went the extra mile all day going around and taking orders for drinks, even from the kids. Everyone was saying how good he was, even remembering their drink and bringing them another one when they were running low. Fantastic service. So much more than we were expecting. We most definitely will keep him in mind for future events.
Ashley received to my reply quickly and built a comprehensive proposal for our family party. She arranged for a bar, rental items, and a bartender. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her company for your next event!

I hired a bartender & server for my annual Christmas Party. I reviewed my party needs with the owner and she assigned a woman bartender who I thought would be a good fit with the proper experience level. She would be bringing an experienced server with her. I should have know things were not right when I got a message a week before the party saying there was a staffing change. I assumed because I was paying good money for the staff and had already relayed my specific criteria, I had nothing to worry about.
The girls were to arrive an hour prior to the start of the party to help set up, help prep appetizers, etc. They arrived 20 minutes late, smelled like an ashtray, one had an arm full of uncovered tattoos, and, although they were very nice, they clearly were not trained for the job. I could have hired a couple of my Son’s high school friends to do the job, given the amount of guidance I needed to provide the the “professional staff”. I am more disgusted with the owner of the company who sent these girls than I am with the girls...they were nice & doing their best, but should never have been put in that position.
Never again. Money down the drain.
The bartender came with supplies and mixed awesome cocktails. Can't wait to have them back for next event.
Amanda and her team were absolutely amazing! She's very knowledgeable about drinks, energetic and super friendly and helped my husband's 40th birthday be a total success! Amanda knows how to make amazing cocktails and how to run a bar. In addition she is very personable and accommodating to any special requests. I would hire her and her waitstaff again in a heartbeat!

Mixology Professionals Event Staffing recommended Simón Navedo Catering for a classic Latino feast and it was wonderful. The servers were willing to help with anything we needed to set up and they left our home spotless before they left. Our Bartender, Amanda, was bubbly, funny, and very knowledgeable about drinks that could be made with the selection we provided. I would most definitely hire them again for our next big event.
What to Expect
Our event coordinators, upon receiving your quote request, will reach out to you to get the best understanding possible of all the services your event will need. We will ask all the right questions to help us put together the perfect bar and food experience for your big day. Once we know exactly what you will need we can then make sure we accurately quote you for your specific needs.
We are a staff of upbeat, energetic, and friendly professionals. We arrive to all events at least one hour prior to the start time to set up as much of the venue space as you want help with and will work hard to make it as functional and eye appealing as possible. We can make drink menus to be displayed on the bar and we will always be able to give guests information about all inner workings of your event. Whether it is a gluten or food allergy we need to be aware of, or they would like to know what wine should be paired with their meal, we will always be able to offer an experienced recommendation. During all events we are mindful of the amount of alcohol your guests are drinking and we will never allow anyone to get to a dangerous level. At the end of all events, we clean up and pack unconsumed alcohol away, as recommended by host/coordinator and make sure everything in our designated area is clean and put away.
The owners, Amanda Phillips and Benjamin LaSala have over 25 years combined experience in providing great customer service within the food and beverage industry. In 2014, Amanda received a Certificate of Completion for a bartending course taken at Mixology Wine Institute. This course opened her eyes to the growing demand for bartenders and extra party hands. At a very young age, Benjamin started working in various pizzerias owned by his family, which eventually led to him successfully managing a restaurant of his own. Mixology Professionals was formed to provide the services that every great party needs, but doesn't always get/have. By the end of 2014, the dream that was to become Mixology Professionals Event Staffing began to take off as Amanda started to book private and business events as a freelance bartender. She soon booked events for other bartenders as well, and as word spread, she began to get numerous requests for both customers in need of professional services and professionals seeking employment. Since its inception, Mixology Professionals Event Staffing has networked and combined its services with various event planners, catering companies and event equipment rental companies to create some memorable parties for all of our guests and other event professionals.
Additional Booking Notes
When you receive a quote from Mixology Professionals it will always include the travel expenses, gratuity for wait staff and bartenders if the option for a tip jar is waved, as well as any rental items your event may require. We except multiple forms of payment, including but not limited to, GigSalad, PayPal or written check.
We can include the following items to your event if needed. Ice, portable bar, garnishes, even dinnerware and linens for the celebration.
