They are wonderful and friendly and I would hire them ten times over for any event we have! If you're on the fence, trust me just go for them as they are reliable, professional, and really good at what they do!

If you are looking for specialty cocktails he is excellent at helping you with a menu and even provides you a list of what you need. If the occasion warrants hiring a bartender I will definitely be giving Peter a call in the future. Also many guests asked for his card during the party which supports my feeling and thoughts on his performance. Thank you Peter for helping make Russ's surprise party a success!

How to impress your guests ?
Always have a plan. Discuss your cocktail list with your mixologist.
If you hosting barbecue or outdoor event have summer themed cocktails such : mojitos, caprinhas, ginger plum etc. Always insist on quality , not quantity . Be prepare to serve 5-7 different cocktails, it will be budget friendly ( gathering all ingredients and types of alcohol) and it will make great impression on your guests. Never strive to serve everything , simply it will never work. Know your guests , even if you serve best martinis in town , or best whisky, it might not appeal to everybody . Simple Appletini or Cosmopolitan (with quality Citron vodka and Grand Marnier) will win the crowd and make your event successful.

My strength is that I do care. Always come with A game and a plan. Any party I treat pretend they are mine and I provide same quality of service as I would expect from mixologist hired by me. At any wedding reception I provide quality service as I would expect at my own wedding. Nothing less.

My most favorite project was a wedding for 125 I worked in Montgomery, New York. It was set outdoor in a country setting; we were blessed with perfect weather and everything went smoothly. We even managed to overcome a late delivery of ice. For large venues such as this one, I asked Giulia for help. Two of us made this event successful. At the reception, I was able to unveil my own concoction, “Basia”, which the Bride had fallen in love with during our initial meeting. All the guest who tried it were impressed as well. It was great to see that something I had created was able to give others so much joy.
