I have played with such artist as Freddie Jackson, Melba Moore, Raheem Devaughn, Naughty By Nature, Roxanne Shante, Bobby Kyle, Shameika Copeland the Force MD's & Phil Perry, I've been a pit musican for plays as well as General Manager for Epifani Custom Sound Systems Inc... I have played the NYC wedding Circuit with some of New York's leading agencies such as Hank Lane, Marianne Bennett, Charles St. Paul, Starlyte Orchestras, & Total Entertainment just to name a few. As your bassist/Sound Company/ Band Leader you can expect someone who is always Professional, Punctual, Courteous and know how to follow directions. You can expect a person who comes to the gig prepared and ready to play. I listen to the other band members very intently so I can provide a solid foundation for the music being played. I do not play too loud or too much. I pride myself on finding just the right volume to help drive the band without drowning out the vocalist. Providing a solid groove is what I specialize in. I do strive for a certain level of excellence in all that I do so expect great things if you hire me. Cost? I'm not the most expensive and I'm willing to negotiate but I do expect to be compensated for my services. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns or suggestions. I play all styles of music...R&B, Jazz, Latin, Gospel, Pop, Rock, Country, World Music. I am masterful at capturing the feel of a particular style of music, I was bassist for Ismael Kouyate best know for the Broadway show Fela and in college I was one of the bassist chosen to accompany the Legendary Tito Puente.
