We had a princess party for our 7 year old daughter. Nita and her staff were great. The children decorated crowns, made cookies, put on glitter tattoos, dressed up Cupid the horse and raced with him. Nita also had games for the children to play and took pictures. The pictures are then compiled into a book for you. They then clean everything up. You can enjoy the party instead of running around organizing everything.
Nita and her crew were amazing! Five stars! Not only does she bring the entertainment, but also handles the whole party so you don't have to worry about anything. I was actually able to enjoy the party myself! The kids had a blast playing all of the games and loved the pony! She also had a photo book made for us, and provided goody bags! I couldn't believe all of that was included for the price I paid, and they were just really nice people in general. I would highly recommend them, the kids are still talking about it! :)
If you look, you will see that all these reviews are 5 stars across the board. If you book one of these parties, you will know why. I kick myself for every dime I ever spent on the usual party fare. Nita and her amazing crew were by far, the most professional, wonderful, and completely worth it and more folks you could wish for. I kept thinking I should be doing something, but Nita and the crew took care of it all and beyond. I am not used to relaxing during a kids party and if I had known how wonderful Nita and the crew was going to make this special event, I would have relaxed way earlier- but they made it evident within a few minutes that they had it all under control. The kids were thrilled, the adults were happy and what a unique and fun theme for a party. My daughter was over the moon and Nita feels like family. She is a true joy to work with. If you are wondering if this event is right for you, I can tell you -Yes, yes, yes!

This is an amazing party concept. We had them do the party for our daughters 8th birthday!! She and her friends had so much fun. The party organizers are very nice people and they did a wonderful job in keeping things live and happy. Foxy the horse is so cute and wonderful! Thank you For a great time.
We LOVED our miniature horse party!! It was for our daughter's 5th birthday. She and her friends loved it and we're entertained the whole time. Cupid was so sweet and patient with the kids. He had 14+ kids grooming him, dressing him up and racing. Nita also had several games to play, homemade 'cowboy boots' to color, a treasure hunt, a cowboy hat (pink/brown) for each child and goody bags. Nita was wonderful to work with and was very eager to please and to whatever we wanted for the party. Our friends and family were impressed and really enjoyed the party too. Would definitely recommend!!!
If you have school-aged children, you can't go wrong with a mini horse party and Ms. Nita! My daughter and her friends had a blast with Foxy... they brushed her, dressed her up and even 'raced' with her. Nita was very professional and enthusiastic; when I first placed a call to arrange a party date, my expectations were to simply have her bring a mini horse to my daughter's event. Well, Nita had game ideas and suggested party favor/goodie bags that she would bring for the children. She made my job as the mom/host much easier-- I was able to enjoy much of my daughter's party as opposed to running around and managing it the the entire time. I highly recommend contacting Nita to create a personalized theme and mini horse party for your event. The party was a great experience-- kids and adults enjoyed the festivities and atmosphere that Foxy, the mini pony, brought to my daughter's birthday.
Cali sheriff is all the rage with the young girls! Foxy entertained the cowgirls and boys with a gold rush, horse grooming and decorating Foxy. We even had a horse race!

1. Who we are:
Founder, Nita was born in Long Island, NY, and obtained a Psychology and Leisure-Services degrees from Florida State University in 1982. She has a Master’s Degree in Parks and Recreation and College Union Administration from Western Illinois University. Nita taught Commercial and Resort Recreation at FSU. She was the owner and operator of Not Just Babysitting childcare, and a teacher at Cruise Career Training Institute. She held the cruise ship positions of Assistant Cruise Director, Youth Counselor, and Travel Guide. Nita has also worked as a Program Director, Youth Counselor, and Event Planner at a multitude of South Beach Hotels.

2. What we provide: All around fun for all ages- if you can dream it we can create it!
We are delighted to bring the party to you!
Our trained therapy horses will happily hoof it on over to your place- to celebrate! These celebrations can include but are not limited to: weddings, religious events, schools, camps, senior centers and more. We specialize in birthday happenings! Shhhh, we know how to rock princess parties and cowboy shin digs! We will keep the hay flying, for sure!
Foxy and Cupid love to “dress up”- they always need a little help- so why not jump in and decorate them!
All parties include time for a “photo shoot”- where you can take pictures of your guests with our four legged friends- They love to horse around!

We are delighted to add MINIATURE HORSE PARTY to our repertoire!
We offer Birthday Parties in YOUR HOME. Our little trained therapy horses would love to kick up their hooves and celebrate with you. Our horse only rate which includes horse decoration and photos =$225 for one hour. You can plan the events if you wish for the horse only rate.
We also offer party packages starting at $275. The packages are theme based- from Princess parties to Super heroes, Cowboys and Farm parties. These include 1 hour of programming- with 3 activities, one craft and time for photographs. Of course we have a special surprise for the birthday child!
Our background is in event planning in major South Florida resorts as well as youth programming on Cruise Ships. Should you wish to brainstorm about party ideas or just say hello it would be our pleasure to meet with you at your convenience.
( As you can see, they have daily contests to see who is bigger…)
Just a footnote- These little horses are not for riding- they are just about the size of a sheepdog! They are trained therapy horses and have visited schools and nursing homes prior to their arrival in Tallahassee. They love to be petted and groomed. Perfect for any occasion!

you may mail in your non-refundable reservation deposit of $50 .

Once received, you will receive a confirmation email- this will allow you to know that your special date has been reserved just for you. Your party is not officially booked until you receive this email.
The remaining fee is due two weeks prior to your event. If payment is not rendered at that time we have the option of releasing your party date.

Refund policy/ postponement:
Cancellations are welcomed as long as it is a minimum of two weeks in advance of your party. You will receive a full refund or you may reschedule. Should you choose to reschedule, we can utilize your pre-paid $50 deposit. You do not need to send in the $50 again. The deposit must be used within 60 days of the party date. This policy also applies if the party was cancelled due to inclement weather- re:( rain,hail, high winds or lightning) or other unforeseen circumstances.
If poor weather conditions are forecasted for the time the event is scheduled, the client has a right to postpone the event. E-I-E-I-O, Corp. MUST be notified of the postponement 24 hours in advance- well before traveling to the event, in order to receive the opportunity to reschedule the event within 60 days, at no additional cost to the client .
If postponement of the event is made AFTER travel to the event has begun, an additional charge may be added . FYI- IF rain is forecasted for the time the event is scheduled a representative for E-I-E-I-O,Corp. may contact the client. If the E-I-E-I-O ,Corp. representative recommends that the event be postponed or cancelled and a refund be given to the client, but the client insists that the mini horses should be set up anyway, and the event participants thereafter get rained upon during the event, no refund will be given.
A mini party must be cancelled with sufficient notice ( 24 hours) in order for the client to receive a refund. If a reservation is cancelled after E-I-E-I-O,Corp. arrives on site at the event, a full rental charge is due and payable. A miniature horse party may be cancelled without loss of money with sufficient notice given to E-I-E-I-O,Corp. representative as mentioned in the aforementioned paragraph.
We are certain that you understand that there are only 52 Saturdays/Sundays in a calendar year and the space/dates are limited. We will gladly reserve and hold your date for you-as long as you honor our monetary requests. Should E-I-E-I-O, Corp or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce this agreement, the party” client” agrees to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such costs and fees.
E-I-E-I-O,Corp charges an additional $50 for each half hour over the agreed party time period.
Acts of G-d may prevent us from providing the contracted attraction. Should your event be affected by such an incident, E-I-E-I-O,Corp the right to reschedule or a full refund shall be made of all monies received and E-I-E-I-O,Corp shall not be held liable for further loss. An E-I-E-I-O,Corp Rep will request the exact location of the pony party in advance or at the beginning of the party. Horses/ponies will trample grass/lawns somewhat. Your type of lawn will depend on how much. Horses/ponies will also "poop". Our reps will remove most of this by the end of the party. Any bushes, lawns, or area that you do not want the ponies/horses near, needs to be mentioned to an E-I-E-I-O,Corp. rep at the beginning of the party.
Release/Waiver/Hold Harmless and Acknowledgment of Risk:
The undersigned understands and acknowledges that play on a pony or horse entails both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing or colliding, etc, to any participant. Furthermore, the undersigned acknowledges that such risks simply cannot be eliminated in their entirety. I,_________________________, hereby voluntarily and expressly release, indemnify, forever discharge and hold harmless E-I-E-I-O,Corp Nita Bernier-Cirioni and George Cirioni and their representatives, from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to me or to a third party, which are in any way connected with participation in this activity, including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions.
May be displayed but are reviewed at the beginning of each party and are included below which the undersigned agrees to follow and utilize at all times. All children or individuals should follow safety rules. Balloons, noise makers and items that will spook the pony/horses should not be brought up to the animals. All ponies/horses utilized are very gentle. Party music, balloons, banners, and noise makers should be kept at a reasonable distance and will not bother the animals. Children should not wave or hit ponies with hats, ropes, or balloons at any time: this may spook the ponies. Fireworks of any kind should not be used while E-I-E-I-O,Corp. is present at the event. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children and should not allow children (or adults) to go behind or underneath the pony/horses and should not allow them to approach the pony/ho Parents should ensure that children wash their hands after riding and petting the ponies. Parents should ensure that children do not eat until their hands are washed.
Miniature horses are NOT for riding. It is understood that NO child is permitted on these horses!
This contract does not include the cost of acquiring any permits or licenses required for the particular event location where the equipment will be set up. The renter/client shall assume all responsibility and costs of acquiring any such permits or licenses. Ex Park permits- fees
OSHA: Client understands Federal OSHA laws and complies with all requirements of OSHA at the location.
Choice of Law: The laws of the State of Florida govern this agreement. In the event that the undersigned or any of their participants file a lawsuit against E-I-E-I-O,Corp , Nita Bernier-Cirioni/ George Cirioni it is agreed to do so solely in the State of Florida.
Severability: If any section of this agreement is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity does not affect other sections of the agreement that can be given effect without the invalid section, and to this end the agreement is severable.
*We will mini horsefor your children to pet and decorate as well as photograph. You will provide the camera/ film/ digital items needed to capture their images and print the photos if so desired.
*We will provide decorations for the horses.
*We will provide a gift for each participant as well as a special treat for the Birthday girl/boy.
*We will provide activity supplies for our pre-set activities- ( you may supply items needed for your choice of activity if different from those in our packages.) We will be happy to run the activity or craft event for you at no extra charge if you select the Package party.
*It is understood you will provide decorations, food stuffs, plates, napkins, drinks, silverware etc.
* Please note there will be a fuel surcharge if outside of the 32312/32309 area.
It is also understood that a separate WAIVER must be signed by the Client/ renter that will be attached and included in this agreement.I acknowledge that I have read and reviewed the foregoing E-I-E-I-O,Corp. and Acknowledgement of Risks and I agree to be bound by the same.

Participant, hereby voluntarily agrees to participate in program, day camp and/or party services provided by Miniature Horse Party.
INHERENT RISK/ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participant acknowledges that risks, conditions, and dangers are inherent in horse/equine/animal activities, regardless of all feasible safety measures which can be taken, and Participant agrees to assume these risks. These horses CANNOT be ridden. They are too small. We can decorate and photograph these horses.
This Agreement shall be legally binding upon the registered Participant, and the parents or legal guardians
thereof (if a minor), their heirs, estate, assigns, including all minor children, and personal representatives;
and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida, County of Leon and /or Tallahassee.
CARRY-ON OBJECTS/SHARP-LOUD NOISES
Participant acknowledges that when approaching, or decorating horses, , Participant must not carry loose items that may fall, blow away, flap in the wind, bounce, or make sharp or loud noises, the action of which may scare horses causing them to react in unpredictable ways Don’t forget- Horses Bite and kick, as well as roll and run. Pertaining to food- Participant understands that the horses have a special diet and can only eat what is approved for them. DO NOT FEED THE HORSES unless given treats by MINIATURE HORSE PARTY for them to eat.. In addition, they can get very sick and if fed the wrong food, the undersigned agrees to pay for equine vet and additional monies if necessary to bring the horses back to their healthy state. If the horses are harmed by the participants of the party, the authorized signature is responsible for the restitution of the horses. Children under the age of four must be accompanied by an adult or parent. Safety of all participants is of the utmost concern.
