Hi, I’m Kianna Byrd, Tony Gaskins certified life coach and founder of Mindset Olympics, a Christ-centered and creative coaching brand helping women and girls achieve better relationships, process emotions, promote wellness through a Christ centered lens. I also help men through motivating their relationship with God, and their life vision.

I first started life coaching probably back in 2015, and since then I had various encounters with secular and Christ-centered group and individual life coaching. I found that I benefitted so much, but now it was time to create my own program. I felt it was time to help others navigate their singlehood.

After years of working with students, women’s groups, and participating in online emotion centered and Christ-centered communities, I saw a need for a space where healing meets honesty and where creativity can help people share what words alone can't.

Through virtual 1:1 sessions, workshops, and Christ centered along with general therapeutic art based groups, I meet clients needs and explore what’s really going on in a non-judgmental way.

Technical Requirements for In-Person Services:
Seating: Tables and chairs for participants (especially for workshops involving writing or art activities)
Lighting: Well-lit space preferred for visibility and focus
Supplies: Provide basic workshop materials (paper, markers, prompts) or coordinate with the host ahead of time
Setup Time: 30–45 minutes before start time for setup and prep
For Virtual Services: Stable internet connection
