Mike Adelberg

I have been practicing, studying, and growing as a leader my entire adult life.

For 26 years, I was an officer in the United States Army, honing my craft by leading the best young men and women in the country through some of the best, and hardest, times we’ve faced. I’ve led small teams and large organizations, and led Soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq. And along the journey I’ve learned what true leadership is all about; its not about the leader, its about the led. Sometimes I’ve made mistakes, sometimes I’ve exceeded the highest expectations. But no matter what, I’ve learned, and I put my learning into actual practice. After my service years, I continued to develop and grow through exercising leadership in a variety of opportunities in businesses and non-profits, as well as some state-level government work. I’ve had the privilege of working for some amazing leaders who taught me some of best lessons of great leaders. In addition to my passion for developing great leaders, I am also an avid history buff, and horse aficionado.
