Michael has been empowering people to reach their potential since 2014. His holistic approach incorporates 10 years of studying mindfulness and how to harness it to help professionals overcome fear and find joy, fulfillment, and financial success.

As a professional speaker, personal development and success coach and entrepreneur, he believes business leaders and their teams can flourish when they have the tools to take control of their inner-most thoughts and develop new mental habits.

Combined with his experience and desire to help, his goal is to help as many people as possible succeed through practical mindfulness.

Michael is a massage therapist, Reiki master teacher, certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, and meditation instructor. He is an owner and the administrator of Evolve Massage and Alternative Healing, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama, and over the last ten years has grown the business from a small 2 person massage studio to a thriving wellness business that helps thousands of people transform their lives.

I prefer a lapel mic, but a standard mic on a stand is fine, as long as it can be removed and cord is long enough. I usually have a slideshow and need a way to project that and a clicker.
