We use high-quality balloons such as Tuftex and Qualatex for durability and premium finish
• Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions (heat, wind, and sun may affect balloons)
• Rentals (letters, arches, backdrops) must be kept away from water, sharp objects, and extreme conditions
• Client is responsible for items after setup is completed

• Access to the setup area at least 1–3hours before the event
• Clear and safe installation area
• For certain setups, access to electricity may be needed
• Outdoor events must have a suitable environment (shade recommended)
