Matt Yetter plays classic slide guitar blues and old time country blues on his National guitar with harmonica rack. The joy in his solo performance doubles as his audience, young and old responds with toe tapping, feet shuffling and all out dancing. He is a favorite at farmers markets, park programs, restaurants and special events.

Based out of Minnesota for the past 30 years, Matt Yetter is the real deal: an old-school, slide guitar playing, harmonica-tooting country blues artist. Before venturing out on his own almost a decade ago Matt was a multi-instrumentals in various bands playing lead guitar and mandolin. Matt has deep roots in American music. He sings country blues and old time songs with the emotion of those roots. Both young and old respond with toe tapping, feet shuffling and all out dancing. “Making kids and their parents dance and smile over and over again makes me feel I'm doing something right,” says Matt.
