Overview

Hi, my name is Matt Johnson, and I am an HR Leader & Speaker. In the last 15 years, I’ve seen how HR professionals are often undervalued. This opened my eyes to one of the greatest obstacles HR professionals face: credibility. I know firsthand what it’s like to have a colleague question your value and this is why I speak to HR professionals.

My goal is to help HR professionals see the things that kill their credibility so that they can enjoy greater success as valued partners within their organizations.
