My name is Alina Restrepo, I started in the hospitality industry in 2001 in New Jersey as a waitress in an Italian Restaurant. It was fun and a learning experience. In 2004 I moved to Tampa and got hired in different hotels as a Banquets server /Bartender. (Marriott, Embassy Suite, Hyatt and Wyndham) in which I learned a lot and got certified in trainings required by the state as TIPS, Excellent service, Service Standars and more. In 2008 I was promoted as a Banquets Captain at Marriott. I have been nominated as a outstanding employee and I have received 3 awards as a supervisor of the quarter and employee of the month. I had the opportunity to work in special events in Saint Thomas, New Orland, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. I was able to shared my knowledge with my servers and many new hired. I trained them on how to provided an excellent service and make clients to feel welcome. I’m an expert on any kind of parties specially on weddings ( Indian, Spanish and LGBT). My passion is to make your Guest feel important and make you as a client to feel satisfied and happy with the service. Now in 2021 with this challenging time I’m developing my own company “Master Service” which include professional waiters, bartenders and a Maitro d to help clients to enjoy their own party.
