Mary Ottman is an award-winning Army executive leader, bestselling author, international leadership speaker, TEDx speaker and 2x Certified Leadership Coach.

She has spoken at the United Nations, received the President’s Volunteer Lifetime Achievement Award, and was selected by a three-star general to be featured in Faces of the Force, a US Army publication. Mary is a 2x recipient of the US Army Commander’s Award and has an MBA and MA in Leadership and Management.

During her 27+ years career in Army Civil Service, she worked her way up from software engineer to Associate Director of 150 rocket scientists. As a software engineer, she was successful in her technical career, which was a great thing. It was the springboard to her first leadership position.
