MARY FAKTOR is a professional actor, speaker and business owner. A member of the Screen Actor’s Guild and graduate of The Second City of Chicago and Cleveland Improv Institute, Mary is featured in several films such as AMERICAN SPLENDOR (with Paul Giamatti), YOU ARE HERE (PBS), AND THE WINNER IS…(with Jerry Springer) and the FOX Sports Network Special, LIGHT UP LIKE VEGAS (With Wayne Newton). Mary has been entertaining corporations, associations, hospitals, churches, women’s clubs & couples social groups, and fundraisers across the country for over two decades with her original one-woman comedy show, “The Six Ages of Woman.” FUN-draisers are her specialty. Mary has helped charities, school, church, hospitals and social organizations raise tens of thousands of dollars with this easy to sell-out comedy show.
Mary is a member of the Global Speakers Federation, National Speakers Association, National Association of Self-Esteem, and Cleveland Coaches Federation. She is personally trained and certified as a Self-Esteem/Life Balance Workshop facilitator and life coach by Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul; Success Principles), and also trained with Dr. John Gray (Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus; What You Feel, You Can Heal). With this training and her love of professional speaking, Mary has presented her inspirational, interactive, and fun workshops, “Inner Voices, Smart Choices,” and “Venus & Mars Meet Myers & Briggs” in the U.S. and internationally.
From the staff of the prestigious Lincoln School in Buenos Aires to the state conference of DARE Officers in Ohio, Mary incorporates her message of self-growth with humorous anecdotes and selections of thought-provoking poetry from her book, Inner Voices. Her accomplishments have been featured on various television newscasts & major newspapers. Mary is active in the Youth Motivation Task Force and often speaks pro-bono for Inner City Schools and transitional housing programs.

Mary is married to her husband, Mike Wickiser, and is a proud mother of two adult married children & grandmother of five.
