Overview
I play the Malletkatz with over 200+ different instruments or sounds. The sounds that I mostly use to compliment gigs are primarily the Vibraphone, Saxophone, Guitar, Violin, and Electric piano. I have a heart for Jazz, Hip Hop, Pop and 90’s R&B. I play cover tunes from artist such as Earth Wind & Fire, Usher, Miguel, Neo, Tevin Campbell, Stevie Wonder, Tyrese, SWV, Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, Ron Isley, Al Green, Micheal Jackson, Marvin Gaye, Maxwell, Jill Scott, Drake, Anita Baker, Luther Vandross, Chris Brown, and many more artist. I am a vibe curator that can bring empathy to any set arrangements such as Weddings, Wedding anniversaries, Birthday parties, Private events, and many other events.

What to expect
You will expect an awesome vibe of great music being performed from my very own electric vibraphone instrument. You will hear solo instrumentation from sounds such as Vibraphone, Violin, Saxophone, guitar, flute and many more. I primarily play Jazz and R&B to a community of people who enjoying listening to timeless music from the 80s, 90s and up until now.
About
I am Marcus Marks a Houston native born and raised. I graduated from MB Smiley HS was apart of the Marching Quake band a proud North Forest Alumni. I started playing the vibraphone at the age of 12 under the leadership of Rodney Goods at Oak Village Middle School where I played in the Jazz band Combo. I participated in several stage band performances known to win solo improvisation awards throughout my playing. Later, my craft embarked the opportunity to play for Devin The Dude in the band called Council. My passion for music is inseparable. I enjoy playing all types of musical genres from Jazz, R&B, Hip hop, pop, blues, Latin, and country.
