Sleeves Rolled Up and Knee Deep in the Human Soul
Music isn't just a pleasant arrangement of sounds with a predictable rhythm. It translates us to a different place, within ourselves, that we just can't seem to reach otherwise.
My goal is to touch people, deeply, intimately, spiritually, passionately, and remind them of the love of life that is often buried deep beneath the surface.
The songs I've written have been described as raw life set to rhythm. Using simple and familiar acoustics (guitar or piano) songs about faith and life speak for themselves and capture every audience with a personal connection.

What to Expect
The goal of any performance is to connect with each individual in the audience, as though every song were intended for that person alone.
This can take a number of different directions, depending what most supports the host's needs. My personal flavor is casual, interactive with the audience, and flexible.
I always strive to keep things simple. While I'm perfectly comfortable working together with a group, or using lighting, sound and stage works available; I can provide all that I need to offer a professional, yet intimate, performance.
I have an acoustic 6 string guitar, digital piano, and a four channel PA that has provided adequate sound for crowds as large as 1000 people. Sometimes, I'll bring a djembe drum along if there is someone in the crowd who would like to play along.
I've been writing music for nearly 30 years.
In my early 20's, I decided I had to make a choice between raising my family and pursuing a music career. 20 years and ten children later, I find myself being drawn back by the love of music and the joy of sharing that with others.
Every bit of life is worth living: good, bad... it's all something to be savored.
