What to expect

A Keynote will deliver a compelling, strategic narrative tailored to your audience’s interests and challenges. Attendees can expect a polished, engaging presentation that combines storytelling with actionable insights, designed to inspire and motivate. The keynote will provide a high-level framework anchored in proven communication principles, emphasizing practical/actionable steps attendees can apply immediately to their professional or personal context. Its purpose is to unify the group around a central theme and energize them for the event’s larger objectives.

In a workshop, the focus shifts to applied learning and skill-building in a smaller, interactive environment. Participants will engage in guided exercises and practical tools aligned with the keynote themes, deepening their understanding and creating personalized outcomes-whether that’s a refined Situational Awareness, a strategic plan to manage FEAR, learning how to be emotionally engaged without being overwhelmed, or no longer outsourcing their happiness. This immersive format encourages dialogue, peer learning, and hands-on practice to ensure participants leave with confidence and tangible assets to move forward.

About

Born in 1971 and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Mark Fabian is the eldest of three children who
grew up in a home shadowed by severe physical, emotional, and psychological abuse. From an early age,
daily life was marked by fear-at home and at school, where bullying compounded the challenges of
childhood. This continuous environment of threat shaped Mark deeply. As a survival mechanism, he
honed an extraordinary ability to read people’s non-verbal cues, tuning his Limbic Brain to anticipate
danger before it arrived.

Despite this constant backdrop of fear, a pivotal moment arrived when Mark made a deliberate choice:
to stop outsourcing his happiness and success to external circumstances and others' control. This
conscious decision transformed his path, fueling a lifelong commitment to mastering fear, reclaiming
personal power, and developing resilience.

Mark spent over a decade serving his community in EMS and firefighting in Pennsylvania, graduated
from the Allentown Law Enforcement Academy, and honorably served in both the United States Air
Force and the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. He is a nationally certified Situational Awareness for
Everyone (S.A.F.E.) Instructor, a nationally recognized expert in Managing FEAR, and a Certified
Neuroscience Coach.

The blend of his lived experience, formal training, and innate skill in reading people has made Mark a
compelling communicator and educator, passionate about empowering others to overcome fear and
navigate life’s uncertainties.

When not inspiring audiences or working, Mark enjoys quiet moments at home with his wife and their
four dogs.

Additional booking notes

I work hard to be easy to get along with. I make limited use of Power Point or other media. I always travel with backup mics and controllers. If the client wishes me to stand at a podium, I am happy to do so and if I am able to wander around as I present, that is great too.

My goal is to be as low maintenance as possible.
