Nous sommes un trio ou un quartet de jazz ! Nous jouons ensemble depuis plus de trois ans, après avoir obtenu notre diplôme en jazz. Nous interprétons principalement des morceaux de jazz (swing, ballades, bossa nova, et tout ce que vous aimeriez entendre), mais nous aimons aussi varier les styles.
Notre formation comprend une contrebasse, une batterie, une guitare et un saxophoniste/chanteur. Ce serait un plaisir de jouer pour votre événement !
We are a jazz trio or quartet! We have now been playing together for well over three years, after having graduated a jazz program together. We mainly play jazz songs but we love to mix it up. Wed be happy to play for you!

December 18, 2025Hired Marcil Trio for my 50th birthday supper and they were professional, flexible and I only received good comments from the guests. They provided a smooth, lounge-like background vibe to the evening which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Nous nous sommes rencontrés à une école de jazz il y a environ trois ans, et depuis, nous jouons régulièrement à travers la ville. Au fil du temps, nous avons développé un réseau précieux d’amis et de musiciens, ce qui nous permet de nous produire sous différentes formules : du duo au trio, du quartet au quintet, voire en sextet, avec de nombreuses combinaisons instrumentales possibles. Cela inclut la guitare, la contrebasse, la batterie, le saxophone (alto, ténor ou baryton), la trompette, le chant et bien d’autres encore.
Si le jazz reste au cœur de notre identité musicale, nous aimons également explorer d’autres styles. Cette polyvalence nous permet de nous adapter facilement à tout type d’événement et de créer l’ambiance idéale pour chaque occasion.

We first met in jazz school about three years ago, and have been performing throughout the city ever since. Over time, we’ve built a wonderful community of friends and fellow musicians, which allows us to perform in a variety of formats—from duo and trio to quartet, quintet, or even sextet—with many possible combinations of instruments. These can include guitar, upright bass, drums, saxophone (alto, tenor, or baritone), trumpet, vocals, and more.
While jazz is at the heart of what we do, we also love exploring other styles of music. This versatility allows us to adapt seamlessly to any event, creating the right atmosphere for your occasion.

We usually perform a mix of jazz standards, ballads, and Bossa Nova or Latin Tunes. We are more than happy to accommodate each gig and can take requests easily especially if given notice. Pop, Blues, R&B, Classical, Flamenco, and traditional songs can easily be included.

Nous jouons généralement un mélange de standards de jazz, de ballades et de morceaux de Bossa Nova ou de musique latine. Nous sommes toujours ravis d’adapter notre répertoire à chaque concert et pouvons facilement accepter des demandes spéciales, surtout si elles sont faites à l’avance. La pop, le blues, le R&B, la musique classique, le flamenco et les chansons traditionnelles peuvent également être intégrés sans difficulté.
