Lux Solaris Sound Meditation

My sound meditation work with Josephine has been transformative, consistently surprising, and incredibly meaningful for me. I didn't know what to expect during our first session and ended up having one of the deepest, most transcendent meditations I've ever experienced. Each session since then has been slightly different--in a good way. I find she's adept at intuiting what I need with each session whether it's joyful, child-like chimes, an all-encompassing rainstorm, or simple birdsong. In group dynamics she's an excellent conductor of energy and created a radiant room for all of us attending. Her approach is thoughtful and her presence is wonderful to be around--I cannot recommend her highly enough.

My experience with Josephine as the sound practitioner of the sound bath I was fortunate enough to attend, was AMAZING!! I was immediately very impressed with how humble and calming her demeanor was. Her chill approach was infectious and everyone in the ceremony became quite relaxed, feeling safe to just let it all go. The sound bath was exactly what I needed to dial it back, reduce stress, and be in a safe and deep meditative state for a therapeutic hour. The lingering effects lasted for days.
