Her ability to connect operational excellence with personal fulfillment has made her a sought-after advisor for leaders who want to achieve success without sacrificing what matters most.
At the heart of Lisa's work is a simple but powerful belief: gratitude is not merely an emotion, it is a transformative practice that can change the way we lead, work, and live. Through her signature framework, The Gratitude Effect, Lisa teaches individuals and organizations how to harness gratitude as a catalyst for resilience, clarity, connection, and intentional action. Her nine-step gratitude methodology inspires people to move beyond surface-level appreciation and embrace gratitude as a strategic and life-changing mindset.

A lifelong learner, adventurer, and advocate for intentional living, Lisa believes that our greatest transformations often begin with a pause…a moment to reflect, reconnect, and choose what truly matters. She finds inspiration in live music; chasing sunsets, sunrises, and rainbows; and following the wisdom she feels under the glow of the moon. Alongside her husband, she is often found seeking new adventures; whether traveling the world, exploring hidden corners of nature, or simply sitting beneath a canopy of stars.
Through her coaching, speaking, writing, and leadership, Lisa invites others to embrace gratitude, trust their journey, and create lives and legacies that reflect the fullness of who they are. Her work is a reminder that success is not measured solely by what we achieve, but by how intentionally, courageously, and gratefully we choose to live.
