Performing at the Global Family Festival in Natomas
We are an Irish band, hailing from the beautiful city of Sacramento California, we play most classic Irish songs, as well as some originals. We have a guitar, accordion, and bodhran (Irish drum), and occasionally a fiddle and a keyboard. While not actually being from Ireland the band still acts like it. Giving your event that taste the emerald isle.
We also do Sea Shanties and can put on a pirate act if your event calls for it.

March 21, 2023Most amazing experience ever. I would 100% hire them again. They made our first St. Patrick's event a major success. Professional, fun and majorly talented. Quick set up, worked with our unique area and Our little town of Hopland, CA couldn't stop asking us when they are coming back! Can't wait to have them out again!

March 16, 2023Today I attended a Lions of the North concert at at the El Campanil Theatre in Antioch. It was a Pre-St.Patrick’s Day Celebration and celebrate we did. Three handsome young men on an almost bare stage. No instruments to plug in. I wasn't sure what to expect.
I enjoyed nothing short of magic. The music was marvelous. The acoustics in the theatre was all they needed. I enjoyed their easy banter and silly jokes. I was disappointed when it ended.
If you missed it I am going to try to bring them back. For the Lobby Series. St.Patrick’s Day. With green beer!

August 1, 2022We had the Lions of the North out for a 60th birthday party and they were a terrific hit! Everyone really enjoyed them and they were very engaging with the audience. The music was lively and fun and they were easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys lively Celtic music!
