Before we are even hired, we like to get to know the client. The only way we can maintain a strong reputation for our company is by only accepting jobs that we know we can do exceedingly well, and with clients who we believe we will click with. That is our recipe for success.

Once we decide that we are both a good fit for each other, we discuss the project at hand. What is the client looking for? What is their budget? What is their time frame? We acquire all of the important details needed before the date of the event. For big events, we may meet more than once for a consultation and to just ensure that we are on the same page as the client.

The day of the job, you can count on us to arrive not just on time, but early. We are notorious for being early. It gives us time to get a feel for the area where we will be working, set up our gear, and make sure everything is working properly before the event or shoot actually begins. Throughout the shoot, we will continue to touch base with the client, making sure that our images are meeting their expectations.

After the event, we begin the post production process. We believe this process shouldn't just involve us, but it should also involve our clients. Only they know what they truly want their final product to look like. We will correspond either by phone or email as we edit, making sure that the images are taking the right creative direction.

We always provide our clients with a realistic turnaround time, and we always meet that promise.

Our photographers are extensively trained in portrait and event photography. We are committed to exceeding the expectations of every single one of our clients. While we believe that our skills and expertise could come with a high ticket price, we try our hardest to provide realistic pricing for our clients because we know how important it is to have photographs capturing important moments and milestones.
