From mowing lawns in his youth to earning a Ph.D. in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering, Kevin’s journey has been shaped by grit, faith, and a commitment to lifting others as he climbs. With over a decade of experience in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and executive coaching, he’s helped hundreds of individuals build confidence, navigate complex transitions, and scale their careers with clarity.

Kevin is the founder of LeadWise Life & Leadership and The SUMMIT Foundation, a mentoring movement that has empowered over 150 underrepresented students across three universities to graduate and lead in STEM fields. His work is grounded in practical frameworks like the G.R.I.T. Pathway and SPIE model (Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional growth), helping individuals grow holistically while achieving measurable outcomes.

For in-person speaking engagements, the following technical requirements ensure a smooth and impactful experience:

- Projector and screen for slide deck (HDMI or USB-C connection preferred)
- Confidence monitor or access to laptop at podium
- Clicker/remote for slide advancement
- Basic stage lighting if room lighting is dim
- Water bottle at podium/table

For virtual events:
- HD video capability via Zoom, Teams, or preferred platform
- Screen-sharing access for slides
- Pre-event tech check recommended
