Lead at Any Level
Overview
Adapting to change, appreciating diverse perspectives, and inspiring others to grow: these principles are often considered the Work of Leaders. I believe that leaders are needed at all levels of an organization. Some of these leaders will never aspire to management positions. Some don't even recognize they have influence with their colleagues. Yet, they are having profound impacts every day. Recognize them, reward them, and above all, INSPIRE them.
I have over a decade of management and public speaking experience. A lifelong learner, I hold two Bachelor’s degrees and numerous professional designations. My passion is bringing out the best in others.

September 20, 2017Unconcious Bias Webinar Rocked!
I participated in one of Amy's Unconcious Bias Webinars and learned a ton. She has a great way to bring down the concepts to make them easy to understand and fun so you're bound to remember them. I still think about round heads vs square heads all the time, it really stuck with me!

What to expect
When you are hosting an event, you have a lot to consider.
First, you need a speaker who can engage your audience at the right level. No one wants to attend a session that’s over their head, and no one wants to be talked down to. In either case, people tune out. They can’t be transformed by what they didn’t even hear! My sessions are designed to engage and inspire. I relate to people very well and very quickly, giving us some common ground for a good discussion. Be assured that I’ll treat your audience with respect.
Second, you need a session that is relevant and unique. One of my strengths is the ability to pull information from a lot of different sources, find common threads and themes, and connect it all together in a compelling way. As people leave my talks, you’ll probably hear them say “I never thought about it like that” or “I loved that analogy.” When they tell you they’re going to network like meerkats or use their philtrum as a pause button, you’ll know you hired the right speaker!
Finally, you want your audience to leave the event transformed in some way. My workshops and webinars always end with a clear call to action and a customizable plan. The steps are ones anyone can follow, not so lofty that they require a management task force. Your audience will feel empowered to be the change they wish to see in the workplace.
My keynote addresses, conference workshops, and webinars can all be customized for your audience and event. Regardless of the topic or format, I promise to engage, inspire, and empower your audience with relevant topics, fresh perspectives, and clear calls to action.
I’m confident you’ll love my programs. If you’re still not convinced, contact me to attend a sample webinar for free.
