Lauren is an actively performing violinist and violist in the Boston and Denver, CO areas. She is available to play for solo bookings, chamber music and quartet gigs, substitute orchestra positions and recordings. Lauren is currently a student at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee earning her Master's degree. Most of her training has been classical, but she is comfortable playing all genres of music!

Lauren can offer acoustic solo violin and viola services, as well as string quartet services (violin or viola).
Lauren Oeser is a professional violist and violinist who performs and teaches in the greater Boston area, as well as in the Denver metro area. Since moving to the east coast, she has performed with the Boston Conservatory Orchestra in venues such as Boston’s Symphony Hall and New York’s Carnegie Hall. She frequently studies and performs chamber music and has attended the Meadowmount School of Music program, Rocky Ridge Music string quartet program, and the Ascent International Chamber Music program. Lauren teaches violin/viola and music theory/aural skills at the Chinese Culture Connection program in Malden, MA, as well as via online lessons with the Oz Academy of Music. She has studied under Professors Lynn Chang and Rictor Noren at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, where she is currently pursuing a Masters of Music.
Acoustic performance settings are preferred over electronic/amplified. Covered performance settings are preferred in the event of rainy weather, but can perform outside in most situations.
