Gregory Ayriyan - Virtuoso Violinist
Overview
Hello, I'm a classical, modern, folk and ethnic violinist, composer, arranger and orchistrator. I'm available for weddings and all life events, including funerals. I also play piano as my 2nd instrument and recently self taught myself viola in matter of a half an hour. I'm a 3rd generation and lifelong musician having graduated Baku Conservatory in 1987 and spent much of my career on international stage as concert master and 1st violin. By profession, I'm a soloist and in past I had my own trio and quartet (abroad), although currently I don't have a trio, nor quartet I'm looking at creating one locally in the future.

Janne and Family,
We are very grateful for your trusting Gregory with such joyous, important and milestone occasion.
We are so glad your Mom, your family and guests enjoyed what Gregory had to offer! It was incredible to witness him play all 3 instruments. You were also very wonderful to work with. We met so many incredible people and are also very grateful for your Mother's and Family hospitality! It would mean the world to Gregory (and team) to be hired in the future by your family or by your referral! That would essentially become the ultimate review and compliment.
Best wishes & big hello to your Mom & siblings!
Sincerely,
Gregory & Irina

I’m not even sure where to start!
From beginning to end Gregory did a wonderful job! So elegant as what I pictured and he made my dream come to reality! I’m beyond blessed to have had the opportunity to have him play for my wedding! Hands down the best!!

Dear Deedra & Curt, wow. Thank you so very much for such incredible review, but more so thank you for your trust and opportunity for us to be part of your special moment! I was personally so happy for you both, not only because of your joining as a family, but because I know the amount of stress you endured just weeks before your once in a lifetime, meaning life event due to unexpected fire at the original venue. We are so grateful they kept same day and found you another perfect location and that Gregory could still help make your dreams and vision become reality! It was a very heartfelt, elegant and eloquent wedding! Seriously one of the most beautiful, incredibly organized weddings both Gregory & I have worked! Thank you so much for including the photo too and each kind word! Gregory is a true professional, but more so music is his life -- he breezes & lives music daily! I'm so glad you noticed how responsive, responsible, knowledgeable and professional Gregory is.
You both were a joy to work with! Wishing you many decades, hand in hand, arm in arm!

April 12, 2026Music with Feeling
Gregory played four requested violin pieces for my father's memorial service. Just like the previewed music, they were performed with feeling. This was important to us for the occasion and because my dad played violin in this way growing up.
We also appreciated how accommodating and capable Gregory was. He was able to learn new music that wasn't in his existing portfolio just for this occasion. And because he does his own arrangements, each piece is distinctive. The performance feels like a concert of originals instead of generic background music.
Thank you Gregory and Irina for making the day special, and for being willing to drive a bit for the event!

Carol, it was so good to finally meet you and your family. Thank you for your kindness and such well thought out Memorial for the Dad who raised you, your brother and was there for your son. It was a pleasure to meet your uncle and R. Neena. It's hard to believe it's already over a month since... I hope you and your family is doing as well as possible. It was so interesting to find out how many things and experiences we have in common, as parents. Thank you for such kind and thoughtful review. I only just now, got to read it, although Gregory mentioned it to me. Big hello to Phoenix!

Dakota, we will never forget the evening I was trusted to play at Sistine Chappel Opening Night in Warwick, RI/Providence, RI location! It ended up so much more than a job and we truly appreciated everything! We would love to stay in touch and be of service in the future - especially if you return to our area or may need us at a different location. Thank you! Please know that we shared on social media and tried to suggest this amazing and educational gallery to friends, family and under social media news interviews. Best wishes and much continued success to you in future endeavors and events/galleries! Please send warm hello to all your colleagues! Adam's dream is to sing the Star Spangled Banner at a Sporting Event and he just finished his 1st opera role. Perhaps if you do a sports team event in our area - just reach out and we'd both love to collaborate with you guys in any way we can. I'm flexible to many repertoires an occasions!
