Originally from the east coast, Laura was a lead vocalist in an upscale Event band, The Professionals, with events from the Hamptons to Newport RI to Wineries in CT to Park Ave. While in NYC, Laura was a session singer, sang back up for Grammy Award Winner, Enya on the David Letterman show, and was a featured vocalist in the children's feature film release, "Clifford's Really Big Movie" & accompanying Soundtrack. Laura is connected with a pool of professional instrumentalists & vocalists in the NW to create your most perfect Event!

Professional Vocalist – Songwriter
Vocalist, Songwriter, Pianist Laura Berman originally hails from the NYC music scene and has reached acclaim for her soul-touching vocal power and accessible yet poetic songwriting style. With four CD's to date, she has opened for NYC-based pop rock band, October Project, and has performed alongside best-selling authors Neale Donald Walsch, Marianne Williamson, and Rev. Michael Beckwith at the renowned Agape International Spiritual Center in Los Angeles.
While in NYC, Laura was a commercial session singer as well as a touring artist, she sang back up for Grammy Award Winner, Enya on the David Letterman show, and was a featured vocalist in the children's feature film release, Clifford's Really Big Movie and accompanying Soundtrack. She was also chosen as one of the emerging artists at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival.
Laura has also toured nationwide in the inspirational duo, 4 Stories High with her husband, songwriter/producer Craig Benelli, and together they received critical acclaim for their original CD collection, Detour. 4 Stories High also penned & produced theme songs for Leading Age, a national organization which supports those who serve in the Elder Care field.
Laura's latest CD release, Everything in Between is available via iTunes and CD Baby. She is currently writing her fifth collection as well as producing her one-woman show, Sabbath Queen, to premiere in Portland, OR in the Fall of 2017.

I come with a keyboard and/or acoustic guitar, mics, stands and cables. I ask that a PA system and someone to run it are available, whenever possible. If there is an opportunity for selling my merchandise, I ask that a table in visible view be made available, and an announcement be made about the availability of my music for the guests to take home with them.
