Gio was absolutely incredible and the perfect addition to our Italy-themed family holiday party. His music on the accordion, mandolin, and guitar instantly set the mood and brought the entire evening to life. The tone and atmosphere he created were warm, joyful, and authentic. Our family truly loved every moment.
Gio was also wonderful to work with. He has excellent communication, incredibly friendly, and very courteous. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to elevate their event.

December 28, 2025Rehearsal dinner and welcome party music was perfection
Gio was helpful and responsive with the needs to create the vibe the bride and groom we’re looking for for this event. He was flexible to the very night before to bring the romantic music during the rehearsal dinner on the piano and the fun didn’t know we were going to dance music for the welcome party.

Gio was everything I could have hoped for during our Denver Botanic Garden wedding. Beautiful guitar music before our vows followed by upbeat and lovely accordion tunes during our cocktail reception at the Woodland Mosaic solarium. Plus! Classical/jazz pianist, singer-songwriter, and accomplished Latin guitarist, Gio has performed at venues like the Denver Performing Arts Complex, Newman Center for Performing Arts, and Dazzle Jazz Lounge, and continues captivating audiences across Colorado.
A sought-after private event performer, Gio regularly plays at weddings, corporate functions, and personal celebrations, his repertoire spanning hits from the 60s to modern crowd-pleasers, hundreds of beautiful instrumental pieces, and technical skill on his instruments that leave audiences spellbound.
As a wedding DJ, Gio adds the magical touch of live music to the standard DJ service, by taking tasteful keytar and guitar solos on top of lively popular tunes everybody loves, occasionally jumping on to the dancefloor to really amp up the energy.
Gio studied classical piano at Tbilisi State Conservatory and jazz piano at MSU Denver. The local open mic scene in Denver inspired him to develop as a singer and write original folk songs. His guitar journey has been a bit more unconventional: at first obsessively teaching himself hundreds of classic rock solos on guitar as a teenager and later getting enamored with Flamenco, Bossa Nova, and Gypsy Jazz. Gio's debut album "Songs of Life and Death" mixes folk and bluegrass influences with Latin, Gypsy, and Eastern European elements.

Gio travels with all his own equipment. Two wireless mics with 500ft range are available for client use (please request prior to the event if desired). Gio will also have the ability to run any outside music through his speakers (spotify playlist, music during breaks, etc).

Set lists are made special for each event and can consist of tunes from the 300+ songs below or any number of songs that the client would like to request. Gio can learn most new songs within a week (2 weeks for more advanced classical pieces, or a month for any music with 10 pages or more)
