Just what we were looking for
We hired the Talbott Brothers to provide music for a non-profit fundraiser event and couldn't be happier with their performance. They provided just the vibe we were hoping for; music that was enjoyable, that you could have a conversation (it was a fundraising event) during, and that made you stop and listen every now and then. They hit on all fronts here and had the audience stopping and listening way more then talking. We're so grateful for the time and talent they provided and that we got them at this stage of their career because they are definitely a band on the way up.

Good question! Songs from "Oh Brother Where Art Thou," of course! Does Kacey Musgraves count as bluegrass? I know these two are not bluegrass, but Beach Boys "God Only Knows What I'd Be Without You" and Beatles "Here Comes The Sun" are favorites. Deb's birthday is 4 days later so maybe your last or second-to-last song could be that one.

I'm not sure where best to place the musicians. I can send photos or you can do a walk-through. We are counting on dry weather in mid-August, but one year we had buckets of rain plus thunder during our August party -- turned out that one was exciting, albeit crowded. We'll work it out and everyone will have fun!

Great music, terrific people
Train River put together a trio for our outdoor anniversary feast. Jeffree & crew were responsive, helpful and delightful every step of the way! They tailored their musical choices to exactly match what I wanted for the event. They were prompt, polite, and good-natured from initial contact, through my amateur planning process, flawless during the several-hours event, and even sent a thank-you note afterward. We were so pleased, we are now thinking of ways to hire them again!
