I laugh with people from ages 9 to 90 and give them the tools of laughter so they can reduce stress, relieve pain, exercise, and increase energy. I also teach them how to be happy regardless of their circumstances. From pitiful to powerful, bitter to better and whiner to winner my presentation promises to deliver a new attitude of gratitude. How to enjoy their journey daily through laughter is what I am after.
I have seen several of Teddy's Laughter Yoga presentations. She explains the benefits both mentally and physically of laughter and why all of us need to have more of it in our daily lives. Teddy involves as many of the participants as possible in role playing or dressing up or just being silly to get the laughter rolling. Some are reluctant at first but in a short time most are having a great time and enjoying the benefits of laughing.

Wayne is a retired engineer at John Deere. I took care of his mom at a care facility when I was a wellness coordinator there. He was not sure at first but as he warmed up and let lose of his feeling of being too silly, the laughter came and his stress was reduced.
