Before your event, we'll review your guest count, service style, timeline and what your caterer, venue or other vendors are already handling. From there, La Onda can recommend the appropriate staffing level rather than leaving you to guess how many people you need.
Depending on your event, support may include buffet service and replenishment, passed hors d'oeuvres, guest service, clearing and bussing, beverage support, tableside or plated service, setup assistance and light breakdown.
Our team arrives professionally presented, receives clear assignments and works collaboratively with your other vendors. The goal is for you to spend less time managing the mechanics of your event and more time actually being part of it.

Hev brings years of experience working in catering, food service, private events and guest-facing hospitality, supported by a trusted network of experienced servers and bartenders. Depending on the event, La Onda can provide one experienced hospitality professional or coordinate a larger service team based on guest count, service style and scope.
Our approach is attentive, adaptable and warm. We work comfortably alongside caterers, chefs, venues and hosts to help create events that feel organized, cared for and easy to enjoy.
Staffing recommendations and final pricing are based on guest count, service style, event duration, location and requested responsibilities.
La Onda can work alongside an existing caterer, chef, venue team or host-provided food service. Before booking, we may ask about buffet or meal setup, caterer-provided staffing, bussing and clearing expectations, beverage or dessert service, setup and breakdown responsibilities, and available kitchen or staging space.
A four-hour event staffing minimum generally applies. Additional staffing, extended service time and travel may affect final pricing.
Food, beverages, rentals and serviceware are not included unless specifically stated in your proposal.
No stage or performance setup is required. For food and beverage service, the La Onda team should have reasonable access to the applicable kitchen, catering or staging area and any serviceware, trays, serving utensils, bussing containers, trash receptacl
