About
John Kurschner is a comedian based in NY/NJ. John started stand-up in 2007, and is now better than all of your favorite comics! He is the founder of the 5th Borough Comedy Festival which was birthed in 2018. He has appeared in the award winning movie “Midlife” as well as “Comics Watching Comics,” which can both be seen on Amazon Prime. John has performed all over NY and NJ in such clubs as Gotham, NY Comedy Club, Comic Strip Live, Tropicana AC, Stress Factory, Catch a Rising Star and many more. Johns 1st special “Baby John” was released in Dec 2024, and is available on YouTube.
Additional booking notes
I can provide sound and mic setup for a small venue but would prefer that client can provide sound. As far as lighting is concerned, the only thing a Comedian wants is for the room lights to be dimmed and a spotlight on stage.
