What to expect
When I speak, I’m not putting on a show — I’m sharing my life. I’m a U.S. Air Force veteran, a survivor of trauma, a man who has lived with a traumatic brain injury, PTSD, and the scars of domestic violence. For years, I was told I might never walk freely again, that my story would end in limitation. But instead, I chose to rebuild. I found yoga, discipline, breath, and a way to rise above everything that tried to break me.
What people tell me most often is that when I speak, they feel pulled in. It’s not because of big lights, a stage setup, or polished theatrics — it’s because I speak from a place that’s real. My presence is my power. I carry military grit, yogic wisdom, and the honesty of a man who’s walked through darkness and found a way into light.
When you bring me to your event, here’s what your audience will experience:
A Story That Resonates
I don’t sugarcoat what I’ve been through, but I also don’t dwell in it. I share the truth of my journey — the pain, the turning points, the lessons — in a way that helps people see themselves in the story. They leave knowing that no matter what they’re carrying, it’s possible to overcome.
An Energy That Fills the Room
I don’t need much — a mic, maybe a chair, and people willing to listen. I bring the rest. My energy is what holds the room: steady, grounded, and alive. I connect through presence, not performance.
Practical Tools for Real Life
Inspiration is powerful, but it doesn’t last unless you can carry it home. I share simple practices — breathing, mindset shifts, daily disciplines — that anyone can use to manage stress, find clarity, and stay strong when life gets heavy.
Adaptability
Whether it’s a keynote, a workshop, or sitting in a circle for a conversation, I meet people where they are. I’ve spoken with veterans in recovery, corporate leaders under pressure, yogis on the mat, and students just starting out. The common thread? We all want to feel whole, strong, and purposeful.
Your audience will walk away with more than just inspiration. They’ll leave with hope, with tools, and with a reminder that resilience lives inside all of us.
At the end of the day, my story is just the doorway. What matters is that people step through it and realize they have the power to write their own.
About
Kris Pace’s journey is one of transformation, resilience, and overcoming all.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Kris returned home carrying the weight of physical injuries, PTSD, and a traumatic brain injury, alongside the emotional toll of surviving domestic violence. Doctors told him he might spend his life in a wheelchair — instead, he found yoga, discipline, and a path to healing that changed everything.
Today, Kris is a Grand Master of Yoga (World Yoga Federation), President of the U.S. Yogasana Federation, and the founder of Vets2Yoga, a nonprofit dedicated to ending the veteran suicide epidemic through the integration of yoga and holistic practices. He’s also the host of Conversations with Kris, a globally recognized podcast that has reached hundreds of thousands with messages of hope, leadership, and personal growth.
Through his speaking, Kris bridges the gap between ancient wisdom and modern challenges, inspiring audiences to overcome adversity, reclaim their strength, rediscover their purpose, and find peace.

- Wireless lapel or headset mic preferred.
- Reliable PA/sound system appropriate to the size of the room.
- Backup microphone available if possible.
LIGHTING

- Minimum recommended space: 8x10 feet.
- Chair or stool available on stage.
