Additional booking notes
Kitty and the Clayfeet provide a flexible performance setup suitable for venues, private events, and outdoor shows. Our electric guitarist and bassist bring their own amplifiers, our drummer provides a full drum kit, and we can supply a compact PA system for small to mid-sized spaces. For larger events, we request access to the venue’s PA system, stage monitors, and basic microphone package, with a house technician preferred. We do not provide stage lighting and rely on adequate venue lighting, especially for evening or outdoor performances. We typically require 45–60 minutes for load-in and sound check, 30–45 minutes for load-out, and appreciate convenient access to power and a designated load-in area. We are reliable, easy to work with, and committed to adapting our sound and setup to what each event needs.

Influences and inspiration
Kitty and the Clayfeet draw inspiration from the legendary jam bands and country icons who shaped American music. Influenced by the improvisational spirit and dual-guitar energy of The Allman Brothers Band, the free-flowing groove and community feel of the Grateful Dead, and the timeless storytelling of classic country artists like Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, and Waylon Jennings, the band blends soulful musicianship with heartfelt lyricism. Their sound honors these roots while carving out a fresh, modern identity that bridges jam-band spontaneity with the honesty and charm of traditional country.
