I will come and set up everything I will need to make your event sound enjoyable for everyone. My equipment is state of the art and I am always improving my gear. If your guests need to say a few words I will have an extra mic and stand. Sometimes people like to get up and sing with me. I have lighting and a 10x10 event tent. I do some requests as well. If you have a song or two in mind I can learn the song ahead of your party and play if for you.

March 18, 2018Amazing, amazing music!!!! Kent is an extremely talented musician and an excellent performer. Fantastic music and a great variety of songs. The first time my husband and I heard Kent play we were out for dinner for our anniversary. It honestly made our night. We found ourselves singing along throughout the night, having fun and dancing! We enjoyed Kent’s music so much we arranged for him to play at a surprise birthday party for my husband. It was fantastic!! We are looking forward to the next occasion for some live music, thanks Kent!

January 15, 2018The first time I heard/seen Kent play was when I was a sound man for an outdoor festival.I was really impressed with Kent's ease on stage and his professionalism. Being a guitarist,Kent invited me to play some shows with him. I was also extremely impressed how many songs he knew - different styles/genres ,hits through the decades and excellent songs I didn't even know ! He is a great songwriter as well. All in all, Kent is excellent with an audience. He has the repertoire and talent to draw you into songs.His humour,stories and repartee really engage a crowd. He draws them in all the time -every show!

Music in a word has made me what I am today. Writing and singing my own songs at a very young age gave me the skills to learn how to play guitar. At the age of 14 I formed my first band. We were a teen band and played covers from the 60s and 70s. We worked hard to get gigs and would rent our gear to play for dances and partys. Mostly for no money. The band "Blue Haze" were together for a few years before breakng up and moving on to other skills. Four of the band members still play for fun. I have been playing solo gigs for many years now and have followed my dreams of recording my own music. In 2009 I flew down to Nashville and recorded my first EP titled "Don't Burn Me" I continue to play and sing as much as I can. I have recently retired from my 9 to 5 job after 30 years and now I can play as often as I like. Cheers and have more laughs than tears.
